The card I use on Paypal for US purchases is in US dollars. Paypal should not be converting it at all.
Second, even if I am using a Canadian dollar card, my ard comapny converts my US purchases at a far lower rate than Paypal. I did not agree to Paypal handling the conversion, how do I opt out if I am using a Canadian card? If we can't opt out then Canadians should simply quit using Paypal at all.
