Hi, I made a $10 donation with a $50 prepaid giftcard on a game, and I tried to donate for someone else with the gift card and there was $38 left on the card, and I tried to pay but it kept denying it, finally out of annoyance, I tried sending money to a different paypal account I have so I sent $35 dollars to the paypal account and it wasn't working on there either, so finally I issued a refund but it charged back to the credit card, and the credit card only has like $2.50 on it, and I have no $35 and now I have lost money? Please help!
