Dispute filed.Seller misrepresented ad..

Bought an item on Ebay.

Seller cahnged the description.Lied in ad stating the Viewpad 10s had GPS.

No GPS...this item is also for Europe and cannot access North American Android market.

Therefore cannot buy APPS!!!

Today Paypal found in favour of him.

So now I have a $470 useless Tablet computer.

There is no way to get satisfaction.

I have been a paypal and Ebay user for over 10 years!!! 

They should scree Taiwan based sellers more carefully!
