Recently, for the past few days, I've been attempting to connect my Canadian bank account to Paypal; however, regardless of what day I attempt this on, the same error message always appears, "We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date." I'm I doing something wrong or am I simply unlucky?
I'm experienceing the same thing, well except that I can't find where to add the Canadian Account. in my settings I can add a US account but no option to add a canadian account.
