hi everyone i really hope with this post find a help or advice with my issue, on first of august i made 3 withdraw transactions to my debit card , till today the amount not reflected my bank account , i asked paypal to provide me any type of approve to show my bank they sent me the reference number for each transaction , now after i send the bank these reference number that paypal gave me the bank said they need an official letter or any kind of official document, my question now can paypal send me any official documents instead of reference numbers?
