help i cant transfer money via pay pal balance

i cannot transfer money but i have not gotten an email saying my account was locked or limited i live in canada and have 500$ on there i would like to get off someone please help me as much as possible as i need it to pay rent i do not have a bank account that is why i chose this ap everything was smooth until now it just keeps saying PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER but it’s been almost a full day now thank you admins ❤️

@cecebabyyxo As far as I am aware you can only withdraw funds from a paypal account to a linked back account in your country.
