Hello. I want to avoid paypal fee for me and recipient. I've just transferred money to my personal paypal account from bank, but paypal says it will take 3-5 business days to show up in my paypal account. Then, says if I want to pay right away I can link a cc (as security), which I've just now also done. So, if I spend/send the transferred money today will I, or person receiving funds, be charged any fee?
Thank you
Matt

If you have a verified bank and confirmed credit card on the PayPal account, then you should be able to use the friends and family send option and you won't have a fee (so long as you choose PayPal or bank funds as the funding source.)
If the bank transfer fails for some reason and it has to use the credit card, then it would charge a fee.
