try to withdraw money to my visa prepaid card (added to my paypal account on Thursday, 1/31/2019), and i get this message "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later." .the card is verified with paypal, i checked that the info is correct, i tried withdrawing different amounts of money,
and i still get the same error message, and i don't know why.
