hi! So I am a seller for depop and they won't give me a shipping label for an item because they keep saying my PayPal account isn't verified. I messaged PayPal already and they said I need to link my bank account but my account has already been added plus my card but they keep saying it isn't verified. I've tried calling and messaging again but they have been no help at all. They either give me the same advice or don't answer me at all. I tried unlinking it and redoing it but every time it says "sorry we can't help you right now", there's an error or I'm about to get it verified and it says my US phone number is invalid. I don't understand what I am doing wrong because I'm just following all of PayPals steps. Id really appreciate some assistance with linking my bank account so I can not only get my shipping label but also accept payments. Thank you! 🙂
