On PayPal Offerings Worldwide page when selecting Croatia it says:
Withdraw funds from your PayPal account:
- To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
- To your US bank account.
but when I actually ask for withdrawal, program responds "You'll need to add a bank account" although I'm doing all my payments and refunds via American Express card. So there is really no withdrawal option to any card! And worse yet, if I do accept adding some (local) bank account, it returns with "Add a U.S. bank account" message. So here is my simple question: how can I withdraw my money to my Amex, Visa or Master card?
