Hello, I can't remove one of my two credit cards in my account, I set my primary card and want to remove other card from my account and every day when I try it says error: "Due to technical difficulties, your request couldn't be completed. Please wait a little while and try again." Please help me to resolve this problem and remove my second card from paypal account. Thanks.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
