Hi.... i'm in UAE and have successfully added both UAE bank account & associated debit card details to my paypal account. Also successfully Confirmed Card link to bank account via the CODE SMS msg. Still unable to see Wallet options for ADD Money to Paypal balance. Please advise Thanks Philip
