Why is it that when I try to transfer money to my card or bank account, I get this error " There's a problem.
Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction."
What can I do to solve this?

Is the bank account in the same name as your paypal account?
Does the billing address of any debit card match your paypal account address?
Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are the funds cleared and not pending and in the correct currency?
Hello, yes to all of those. I've withdrawn funds multiple times throughout this month successfully. Just oddly last night and today, I'm getting that error.
Try clearing your cache / history / try another browser / try another device.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
