I want to get in contact with the bank because I used PayPal as the direct deposit for the stimulus. It was deposited in October. I didnt get it and the bank is temporarily closed. Now I am afraid that I won't get the current stimulus as well and I desparately need relief. Please help me understand.

It's like PayPal says, "Use us as your direct deposit for your government **bleep**!"

I used the exact information that is provided.

My stimulus was deposited.

I check for it.  There is absolutely no trace of it.

Try to contact the bank on the PayPal direct deposit page.  It's temporarily closed. 

Where is my money?

Who is my bank?

I have proof that the money was deposited by the IRS.  No access or proof of existence whatsoever of my PayPal bank.
