I spent over two hours with overseas customer service trying to get PayPal to refund my account balance via a check in the mail. The customer service personnel claimed they can’t verify my mailing address from the associated credit card information because PayPal isn’t affiliated with eBay anymore. Logging into my PayPal account shows that card as principle payment method and it’s current balance. Is there anyone with common sense to contact here in the USA for help?
