Security code never sent to my phone could not update profile and Bank

I haven't used Pay pal much since I got it, but now I am involved in a social media fundraising campaign.  I received money from a client for the fundraiser and when I went to change my banking info, I waited and waited and waited for my security code to be sent on my phone.  I waited for at least ten to fifteen minutes and no code was sent.  Is there another way than my cell phone number to confirm it is me.

 

I hope someone can help.
