When trying to withdraw my balance after the funds have been released from eBay sales, I am unable to withdraw my balance. I cannot withdraw in the form of a check, I cannot transfer to a bank nor card. I always get the message that Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later. Anyone have a similar problem and have a solution. I've been looking online and haven't seen a legitimate solution.
