Hello and good day. I just recently added another bank account to my Paypal, received the conformation and the two deposits. I confirmed the account and all worked well dandy! That's until after my latest payment (a mere small 8 dollars from my paypal balance on 9/21/2018). After that I can no longer make echecks, pay using my bank or paypal balance. And just recently, I can't add money to my paypal balance. Both banks tell the same story
- I press "add money"
- Select my bank (note the one that was working fine before)
- Input how much money I want added (ex. like 50 bucks)
press enter and I get an error saying. "Were sorry we could not process your request. If you need help, please contact our support."
I don't know why it's doing this. Other than it's hella frustrating. And to clarify all of my previous transactions went through no problemo. And I can confirm that there is nothing wrong with my bank, and my bank balance has plenty enough to cover expenses beyond what is needed.
