I am not a seller but I am receiving payment from my clients for services I rendered them through paypal. I received payment on July 17th and the money was placed on hold until July 19th. There is a notice that my money would be on hold until 19th. It is now 20th and paypal systems is still not yet releasing my money. What to do with this now.
