PayPal give false information

Today a client of mine asked if I would accept PayPal, I check with PayPal 3 separate times to ensure there would be no delay in accessing my money. I can’t access my money for up to 72 hours. A company that doesn’t give honest answers, not just a once but 3 times isn’t one I will use again. I would like an answer as to why PayPal think it’s acceptable to lie to it’s customers?

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.
