No "confirm receipt" button on my Iphone App...why?

I'm trying to figure out why there's no "confirm receipt" button on my PayPal App for Iphone, but if I log into my account on my computer, there is one. Can this functionality be added to confirm receipts via the app? Or am I just not looking in the right place? On my computer, it reads "Recent Activity" to pull up the receipt, but on the App it just reads "Activity." What am I missing?! Thanks.

I am also having this issue. I have a customer who needs their payment cleared and I cannot find a Confirm Receipt button anywhere anymore. I literally have the product in my hand. I have received the product.

PayPal support is useless and cant seem to understand that it is a glitch on their side. Terrible customer assistance. Very unprofessional.
