My transfer thru eastwest bank philippines didn't through yet?

It's been 8 days since i transfer my money to eastwest bank thru my bank account .. Until now I haven't receive it to my bank account.. What happen ?

I just went there , question ? in my paypal account i have only my account number of my bank , my atm card not yet link , should I go over the counter to ask if my money is already deposit?
