I recently completed a sale on Depop worth £60. The money is still being held by PayPal even though I have the tracked the delivery and the Royal Mail have confirmed the parcel has been delivered. PayPal states that if you track the delivery then the money should be released a day after, however it hasn’t. Why can’t I get my money?
