Linking bank account

I’ve been having trouble linking my bank account but I’m pretty sure it’s because it has been linked 3 times before. I’m wondering is there anyway around this? I have money in my Paypal but it serves little use.

Sadly you are only allowed to link a bank account to a paypal account x3 times in that accounts lifetime.
