Linking bank account - Won't accept account number

When trying to link our bank account, it says "Check your account number and try again." We are following the process outlined, and it is accepting the bank name and bank number, just not the account number. It is correct, and we're using the 2 digit suffix, not the 3. It is also set to business, with the correct business name too. When trying to submit, it then says "The information you entered is incorrect. Please check your information and try again."

I can see no reason why it isn't working, so please help if you can.

I am sorry about your issue. Please, make sure to add the correct information. Unfortunately, some bank accounts that are not compatible with PayPal, including most online-only or prepaid bank accounts.

 

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
