I couldn't link my first bank card to my paypal account

I couldn't link my first bank card to my Paypal account, I have tried so many times to link my first bank card with paypal. Initially I have done it last year, I add my first bank but unfortunately, my card expire I was asked to replace it with new, till now they didn't accept my card. The error message was "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to link your card. Please check to make sure that your name and address are the same in your card issuing bank's records as they are in your PayPal account. Please also make sure that the card has enough money in the balance to cover the temporary charges for validation and confirmation. If you still see the issue, please clear your cookies and cache in your browser and restart the browser. If the problem persists after that, please reach out to customer service for further troubleshooting.
