I cannot add money to my paypal

im from the philippines and im trying to add money and use my local bank accnt to add money to my paypal. My problem is i dont have add money botton or any botton to transfer

The add funds option is not available in every country so if not showing your country must be one where its not an option.

However you don't need to add funds as a buyer to your balance as paypal will auto take from any linked funding source you have confirmed on your paypal account during the payment process.
