How to recharge a vanilla visa prepaid card using paypal?

Hello. I live in japan. I got a JCB debit card from my bank. But for some online purchases i will need visa card. I thought to buy a prepaid vanilla visa card . Can I recharge the card using paypal? if yes , how?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to recharge a card with a PayPal account.
