HELP. The system will not allow me to link my prepaid card again

I am having issues. I have a prepaid card that I was once using, allowed a friend to use it. 

SHE REMOVED IT.
Now, I keep getting this message reading... " This action cannot be done. Your card is already linked to another account"

Please, help me. 

This is frustrating. I need to send my child MONEY, TODAY.
