Hello!
So as you can see, I got that kind of error when I tried to transfer to my paymaya and I could not figure out what the problem is because it only shows that. This happened after several of my friends transferred their money to my paypal because they can't withdraw their funds on their own accounts. I would really appreciate any help guys! I would really like to solve this problem real soon because I might not be able to transfer my own money. Thanks!!
