Error to link credit card because postal code is not standard 4 numbers

Hi 

I tried to link my card in Taiwan, but postal code is either 3 or 5 codes not standard 4 codes. Struggling link up, it does not allow you to setup without 4 number postal code ?

Can someone advise?

PayPal accounts is country specific. Can't link a card from another country to a PayPal account that is also from another country.

Taiwan PayPal accounts accepts Taiwan based info. South Africa PayPal accepts South Africa based info.
