Cashing out Paypal in Saudi Arabia

Hello people,

I have recently opened a business account with PayPal for an e-commerce website. One of the cash out options in Saudi Arabia was through Payoneer. Is there any similar service which can be linked with PayPal so that I can get the cash out of my account. Unfortunately, the PayPal debit and credit cards are also not on offer for this country. One of the options id to withdraw to Visa but the bank is asking for a lot of explanations to withdraw 3-4 digit sums to credit card and is not very pleased with 'over payment'. They are also not helpful with transferring the excess amount from credit card to my checking account.

Any work around to this ?

I'm also looking for an option to receive money from PayPal account to my SAMBA account. I have never tried the option to send money to Visa (Credit Card). You stated that the banks are asking many questions. Are they asking you questions when you make over payments against your credit card or every time you receive a payment?  Assuming that you are a Saudi National, try opening up an account with Qatar State Bank. They allow PayPal. However, with the current tension between Qatar and Saudi, I cant predict how you will be able to transfer money from your Qatar bank account to an Account in Saudi Arabia. Jordan is also a good option. they also have banks which accepts PayPal. 

Please let me know your experience.
