Card is still linked to this account even after removing, i know this because i tried to link it with another PayPal thus giving error that it is still linked, when i try to relink to this account, it says card linked to another account
You get that message if you have only just removed it.
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
