Cannot withdraw my money even though my account meets all requirements

I have £1200 in my paypal account that I cannot withdraw. It's a new account but all requirements are met regarding withdrawal limits; confirmed bank (a £75 withdrawal worked initially), confirmed debit card, no limits are listed on the relevant page. The app even notified me after confirming my debit card that there are no limits on my account. But I cannot withdraw my money.

 

I go to withdraw in the normal way, to my bank account, I've tried varying amounts and each time entering the amount and clicking the withdraw button I get a message:

 

Please provide more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead.

 

So I try that. Enter the amount, click Continue. The URL is redirected, but the page content is just refreshed. The only difference between the URLs is SESSION signature and StateSignature parameters in the URL.

 

There is also a JavaScript error in the Chrome console:  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined.

 

I've tried both Chrome and Firefox with clean caches.

 

Anyone got any ideas? This has wasted my time and it looks like I'm going to miss my first bills on a new lease. Thanks paypal

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
