Can't verify my account!

Hi Paypal Community! 

I'm trying to receive a payment and whenever I press accept it redirects me and tells me to verify my account by linking a card. So I did and it worked! My card is linked and everything's fine, but when I go back and try to accept the payment, it just continues to redirect me to the same page. Is this just a glitch? Any answers? Thanks!

Allow 72 hours from when the card is linked and confirmed before trying so the system has time to play catch up.

You have confirmed it with the 4 digit code have you?
