Can't send Money

Hi guys , i've been trying to send money to my wife's paypal account but i keep getting the same error and it doesn't go throught . Yes i am verified and so does she . Do you guys know what can i do to make it go through?

Are you both based in Greece? I mean account registration country.

There are plenty of contries out there that are restricted in receiving funds due to local PayPal license limitations.

Greece is ok with that. That's why your issue sounds strange.

What exact error is displayed by the way?
