I've been trying for a week to link my bank to my account. Each time it says unable to contact bank, try later. I finally was able to get a rep on the phone & all she said was due to security purposes I needed to try again tomorrow. I guess they don't really care that much about the customer.
Thanks for the assist, but none of that applies to my situation. This is the first time I've tried to link this bank, it's local, & it's not used on any other paypal accounts.
I want to give credit where credit is due. Just spoke to a nice lady on the phone (1:30pm EST), who was able to successfully link my bank to my account. She's the first one after a week who knew enough to help me get it done.
