I am unable to make a payment because there is no option to pay by credit / debit card and when I try to link my bank account I get this message, "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.". I have tried deleting my card info then linking the bank but I get the same message. To make the problem worse, Pay Pal apparently doesn't have 24 hour customer support / service. WTF is going on with this company, I thought it was a 1st class operation$$$$
