Can't speak for why your times changed, PayPal does state that time can vary from 2 hours to 4 days. We average 2 days, once in a while 3. Seems each bank is different when it comes to transfer schedules.

Ditto, we've been receiving withdrawals into our bank account almost instantaneously, however the last two suddenly became 72 hours. Didn't notice when clicking the button (maybe it should be big red flashing letters when you aren't going to get your money quickly?) and now we have a cashflow problem. Not sure if PP realise that when dealing with the sorts of small companies that need to use their services, 72 hours can be quite a long, nail-biting and potentially catastrophic period of time to be without funds. I would suggest it would be better to concentrate on their customer rather than their customer's customer. eBay also seem to focus on those rather than the people that are actually driving their business. I'm all for security but there's such a thing as biting the hand that feeds. (Small cynical footnote about what happens to the interest on all these withheld payments).

It states in the user agreement that the 2 hours withdrawal IS NOT guaranteed, can take up to 72 hours.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Can someone from paypal respond to this please? I'm pretty sure there was a court order against paypal that they had to use the faster payment method for UK traders. Everyday since Saturday it has been 24 hours they cant blame this on reviews as they are supposed to be random. 12 withdrawls out of 12 is not random.

Im guessing its due to it being the start of the month (everyone has just been paid) and they are limiting the number of transaction so that the float for withdrawls doesnt get to low. Really paypal should increase there float at the start of every month for withdrawls that way not to dissappoint sellers with longer withdrawl times.
