Thank you very much for your post, I didn't realise they could reverse withdrawals. Just spoke to a very helpful chap who explained it might well be because the amount has varied to our usual pattern that has flagged up the transactions as requiring review, this might indeed be related to the fact that we've had an increase in sales over the weekend and are withdrawing higher amounts at the moment (not a bad problem to have on the surface). He reversed the transactions with no problems and advised that I should keep withdrawing at a regular level as frequently as possible but in a serial manner (one at a time, as opposed to multiple simultaneous) so the system learns my patterns and is less likely to see one-offs as unusual. Very pleased with the customer service, I'm surprised to find myself saying, being an utter cynic.
