hello there. i have a problem in withdrowing money. when i click on transfer funds to my card and complete all steps, a meesage tells me sorry we cant complete this for now. you can try again in a minute or two. i tried again more and more but the same. so wt is the problem?
It seems PayPal is having issues globally when attempting to withdraw money, there are many topics from other people saying the same thing but no reply from PayPal. Very stressful times during Covid-19 and we can't even withdraw OUR money.
