So I linked my new visa classic credit card to paypal and tried to withdraw money 2 days ago, but it still shows that my withdrawal is pending. How long should I wait?

This will usually happen when your account lacks history with these transfers. If you have just received this money on top of adding the card, this would most likely be why.
