why cant i transfer money to linked acct????

keeps saying please try again later.  its been all day and nothing.  pp doesnt answer any messages on social media and they just ignore the **bleep** out of you...they have my money and i want it.  how is this legaL

yes, i had the same problem. i have money in paypal account, which i can not withdraw

tried email 5 times but no reply, call 3 times, someone called and said she can not help

Is this legal to keep my money without my consent. This is totally not

acceptable. No one called to call and help me what to do. This is not acceptable 

business practice.
