I have a web store based on osCmax, a branch of osC. I have used it with PayPal for many years, with very few problems. About a year ago, payments would get "stuck". I would sometimes get a completed sale on my store, but there would be no PayPal payment to me. lately, it seems more like I don't get a sale showing on my store, just a shopping cart that did not become a sale. The customers contact me and want to know why the sale did not go through. Has there been any change at PayPal that might cause this? Is there some coding change needed in my store? This is now happening to about half of my sales, so it is becoming a real problem.
