"We are unable to link ur card right now"

I just got new card (mastercard) and I already activated it in store. My previous card expired so I had to get new one. The new one I got its same adress and stuff so nothing much really changed so Im wondering why It doesn't let me link my card to paypal. I already tried to use card to buy stuff and it lets me it just doesn't let me connected with paypal

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
