I don't use PayPal very often, but it seems that at every other time that I do, I run into a problem. In this case, I just wanted a check sent to me for the money that was sent to PayPal, and I keep geting this "Things don't appear to be working right now" message regardless of which browser I use, and there is no hint given as to why (other than maybe it's easier to put money into PayPal than to get it out). I tried the chat support thing and it said it would take hours for a reply.
So any suggestions would be much appreciated.
