"Investing with Acorns" link does not appear on my summary page.

The "Investing with Acorns" link does not appear on my summary page nor is there is access to my PayPal account via the Acorns site.

The "solution" I found in this forum didn't really solve the problem.
There is no category in customer service for this problem either.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
