Hi, when I click the "Confirm your card" link, the page goes blank and won't load anything. for 2 days now. I tried with more browsers and computers, but I can't confirm my card for this issue

I contacted them writing them what was happening, they replied and asked to delete the browser cache and try again, but nothing changed, the same error is occurring

Same issue here:
- tried different browsers: same
- tried different devices: same
- tried different locations: same
- tried different network: same
- tried another credit cards: works as normal
looks like the problem relates to the card you use, but i have contacted the card provider, they said they had no other report regarding the issue with PayPal.
not sure what else can be done.

Even in July 2019 I'm experiencing this issue. On chrome, it says "acs.fisglobal.com refused to connect." on chrome and ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE on FireFox.

same issue , tried 4 different cards none of them work and called my bank and said no issues , just paid stuff on other web site and 2 cards worked fine, shame on you paypal, you do not even answer if we contact you !
