I'm checking it up and it seems like paypal instantly exchanged my EUR order into my country currency HRK, then exchanged it again to EUR to deduct it from my EUR credit card. Insanity to say the least, not to mention those are bad exchange rates.
Shortly said, my 14.56 EUR vanished into thin air, and even paypal transaction history shows transaction of only 305.50 EUR.
Paypal, I want my 14.56 EUR reimbursed.
There isn't even an option to complain about it through official channels on my paypal account.
