eBay and Pay Pal are the companies that do not do any mistake at any time. Pay Pal has received $ 13.99 from eBay on Oct 11th. That is in my Pay Pal account. In such situations, they instantly send that money to my bank. However that money was not in my account. I went to the bank today. They told me that they didn’t receive anything from Pay Pal. Please kindly tell me what has happened and what I have to do for it.
The option to 'receive' paypal payments is not available in your country. You can only 'send' payments for purchases. . Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
